Newrez brings a unique combination of mortgage expertise, financial strength, and product innovation capabilities to the lending table. We worked with senior management on the refresh of their visual identity that captures its core essence and reimagines it for the future.
We collaborated closely with Newrez leadership on the rebranding project, refreshing the visual identity with a new logotype, logo mark and vivid color palette. The new identity also reflects a new brand strategy for Newrez that focuses on a smarter sensibility, innovative products and a hard working team that unlocks a more intelligent way to own.
The new wordmark is subtly accented with a roof symbol which cleverly alludes to two images of shelter, a protective roof, and a doorway representing a path to prosperity. The logo has been optimized to work across various platforms and scales, from the small canvas of a mobile app to the side of a building.
The rebrand also introduces a striking green that is smart, assertive, and passionate. The color is part of an expanded palette that opens the brand to more varied expressions across its different platforms.
